After that workout I need all the greens!-

I absolutely love a freshly made smoothie after a hard workout. Nothing can help refresh your body like the goodness of greens! So today after my 6 mile run and additional cross training I went for my favorite! Peanut butter and berry smoothie! Of course feel free to add more or less of what you love, here's how I make mine.

INGREDIENTS:



  • about a cup of spinach
  • half a cup of fresh strawberries
  • one forth a cup of fresh blueberries
  • half a tablespoon of chia seeds
  • one tablespoon of natural peanut butter
  • half a cup of vanilla almond milk
  • ice




Yup, that should do the trick today.
