Lately I have been letting the stress of life get to me. I have been having a little too much wine and a lot too much junk food. It's important to have a treat yo self day every once in a while, but it's even more important to get back down to business.
So this week is all about the detox and setting small goals to make sure that I can achieve big ones. So today after my morning coffee and my run, I'm going to be trying a two day apple and green tea detox. It's important to know I'm not trying to lose massive amounts of weight I am strictly trying to detox my body and help me get back on track for healthy eating. I've done lots of research to make sure that what I'm doing is safe. If you ever plan on doing a detox, it's important that you are doing it for the right reasons.
