I think sometimes the most important thing you can do to make sure you stay on track is to be prepared. I am currently on a road trip to sunny Los Angeles California to visit my old stomping grounds and see my sister one last time before saying au revoir to the USA. It's so easy to slip up when you're not on your normal schedule. So when I have to travel or I know that in some way my schedule is going to change, I make sure I always have a healthy option. Today instead of stopping and eating horrid gas station snacks, I have packed healthy alternatives! So today, I've got my apple, green drink and lots of water!
